Section 9 – Exchange and Refund Period

Jal offers an exchange and return policy for 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Section 10 – Substitution and Redemption Conditions

  • The product must not be on the list of non-exchangeable or non-returnable products.
  • The purchase period should not exceed 15 days.
  • It must not have been used.
  • It must be in new condition and in its original packaging with all labels and inner and outer packaging.
  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Section 11 – Non-Returnable Products

  • Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
  • If the product box or packaging is damaged
  • Gift cards.
  • Products at discounted prices during exclusive promotions.
  • Products tagged with personalized messages
  • Customized products

Section 12 – Shipping on Return

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return or exchange the product you purchased.
  • Shipping costs Taxes and customs duties are non-refundable. If you get a refund. The cost of shipping the product will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time it takes for a replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
  • You must use a shipping tracking service or bill of lading for purchases. We do not guarantee receipt of your return if you do not provide us with a tracking number for the shipment.

Section 13 – Partial Recovery

  • Any product that is not in its original condition if the product is damaged or a voucher is issued for the value of the product).
  • If the shipment is refused due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes imposed by each country
  • The customer may either “return the shipment or destroy it” in which case all fees paid will be deducted from the amount
  • Total (shipping charges, customs duties and taxes) and refund the remaining amount to the credit card account or issue a purchase order from the site for the remaining value.

Section 14 – Recovery

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. After checking the condition of the product. You will be notified of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved. The original payment method will be transferred.
  • If the order is not received and returned, all costs paid (shipping cost + taxes) will be deducted.
  • Shipping cost is charged for dispatch and returns even if the order is part of the free shipping offer.
  • Shipping charges on dispatch and customs fees are non-refundable
  • The amount will be returned to the account of the same bank card within 7-15 days. Or the amount will be saved as a credit at Metro Brasil that can be used within a one-year period if the return conditions are not met.
  • If you do not receive your money within this period. Check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. It may take some time before a refund is confirmed

Section 15 – Gifts

Free gifts sent from the site “if any” are not exchangeable or refundable.
